The quickest way is from the app: Settings → Get help → Email support. It adds details that help us look into a problem, such as your iOS version and a short log of recent drives, and you can edit or remove any of it before you send.
ODO didn't log my drive
- Automatic logging is part of ODO Plus. On ODO Basic, add drives with the + button.
- Check the Shortcuts automation When CarPlay connects → Start Trip is set to Run Immediately. In ODO, Settings → How to's → Hands-free setup walks you through it.
- Set location to Always for ODO in the Settings app: Privacy & Security → Location Services → ODO.
- Make sure Start when CarPlay connects is on in ODO's Settings.
A drive is missing
- Drives under 200 metres aren't kept, so parking moves don't count.
- ODO only logs drives in the car under Settings → My car.
- You can add a missed drive yourself with the + button.
My mileage doesn't match my odometer
ODO measures drives with GPS, which can drift slightly over time. Now and then, enter your dashboard reading under Settings → Odometer check-in, and ODO counts on from there. Also check your agreement start date and odometer at start match your finance agreement.
How do I put ODO on my CarPlay screen?
CarPlay has its own widgets, separate from your iPhone's Home Screen. When you're not driving, open the Settings app, tap General → CarPlay, choose your car, then Widgets → Add Widgets and add ODO. While you drive, ODO's live panel also shows in CarPlay, as long as Live Activities is on for ODO in the Settings app.
Managing or cancelling ODO Plus
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. In ODO, tapping the ODO Plus row at the top of Settings takes you there too.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends to avoid being charged for the next one. ODO reminds you 2 days before a free trial ends.
- New phone, or reinstalled ODO? Tap Restore purchases on the ODO Plus plans screen. If Sync with iCloud was on, your trips come back from iCloud.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
I've got a new car
In ODO, go to Settings → My car → Remove car. Your trips are kept, and ODO asks about the next car your iPhone connects to. Remember to update your agreement details too.
